SGA COMPETITIVE TEAM

SGA offers a very non-traditional team environment requiring less practice hours than most traditional competitive teams!   Our goal is to allow our athletes to be able to experience other sports alongside gymnastics by structuring a very focused, minimal practice hour system with a 1 coach to 6 athlete ratio.  Our athletes are achieving their goals, winning at every level and are having a ball!    We have Girls Competitive Teams for Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond gymnasts.  We also offer Pre-Competitive Teams that are Exhibition based.  Athletes must reach Level 2 to be placed on PreTeam and Level 3 to be placed on the Xcel Teams.
